‘User-to-User Messaging and Video Communication Service’ is the Website service that allows users of the website with employee candidate accounts to be able to communicate with users of the website who have employer accounts and vice versa.

‘Job Ads Posting’ is the Website service that allows users of the Website with employer accounts to create, submit, and post Job Posting on the Website.
